At Little Snappers Swim Schools we are boutique aquatic education centres that specialise in small class sizes and a program developed from over 40 years experience.
At Little Snappers we focus on child development principles, the rights of children in an aquatic environment, and teaching from the heart.
From Newborns to Squads, our program has produced Olympians & World Record Holders. Our Program Director is one of 6 delegates serving on the National Swim Australia SwimTots Futures group deciding the future of baby & toddler swimming.
The path at Little Snappers is clear - our priority is to produce children who are safer in and around water and who swim with great technique!

Chris Dellit
FOUNDER | DIRECTOR OF TRAINING & PROGRAMS
With over 40 years of experience in owning and operating swim schools across Queensland, Chris is an award-winning industry expert. Her program has produced Olympians and World Record Holders, and she is passionate about teaching safe, gentle, and proven methods of learning to swim through her "no tears" policy.
As an active member of Swim Australia & ASSA, Chris, along with her son Mark and his wife Mai, continues to educate their team and expand access to gentle Learn To Swim lessons in the region.
She began her swimming career training under Australian Olympic Coach Bill Sweetenham, and her lifelong belief in teaching from the heart is the key to the Little Snappers program's success.
Her dedication to the teaching of swimming earned her the prestigious ASCTA "Meritorious Service to the Teaching of Swimming" award, making her a true pioneer in the industry.
Mark Dalle Cort
FOUNDER | CEO
Retired 12 year Rugby League Player, Mark spent his career between St. George Illawara, North Queensland Cowboys, English Super League and finishing off his career at the Northern Pride for the Queensland Cup.
As Chris Dellit's son, Mark is now following in his mother's foot steps as a leader in the Learn To Swim Industry.
A qualified Swim Australia Teacher and Teacher of Babies & Toddlers. As well as a Bronze Coaching qualification, Mark is an active teacher while leading Little Snappers Swim Schools through expansion across Australia.
His passions lie within development and technology. Bringing beautiful aesthetic and modern facilities to families around Queensland.
Mai Dalle Cort
FOUNDER | DIRECTOR OF BRANDING & MARKETING
Mai has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
As an American and Mark's wife, Mai has been living in Australia since 2010 and brings extensive experience in Marketing to the team.
Her career has spanned the worlds of fashion, manufacturing, action sports, film and sports management, guiding the Little Snappers brand to new heights.
With a keen eye for marketing strategies and a passion for excellence, Mai ensures Little Snappers shines as a leading brand in the Learn to Swim industry.
