MONTHLY BILLING

We're so excited to be launching our new monthly billing system. No more large up front fees. No more long commitments.

 

Pay for your swimming lessons one month in advance and give two weeks notice if you no longer wish to be in the program.

 

BETTER FOR YOUR BUDGET

We know swimming lessons are an important part of your family and your child's learning and safety. And large up front fees for payment of terms can be difficult for family budgets. Our new system eases this strain and ensures our families have an easier time attending lessons without the financial or commitment stress.

 

CUSTOMER PORTAL

Launching soon! Simply book into your nearest Little Snappers Swim School and we will send you a link to our Customer Portal mobile app or you can access this through a desktop browser. Our Customer Portal allows easy access to your account where you can update your payment information in your own time. You no longer need to ring or email the school when you plan to be away or if you need to make any changes to your booking. The information is at your fingertips!

 

YEAR ROUND SWIMMING
Monthly billing allows for year round swimming. Our school age children will now have the opportunity to maintain their swimming progress during school holidays. And our babies & toddlers no longer need to interrupt their weekly schedule they have grown to love! No more regressions!

 

And if you plan to go away, no worries! Simply record your future absences into the Customer Portal and be eligible for makeup lessons. 

 

Our customers have been asking for this feature for a while now. And we've listened. Welcome to monthly billing! Beginning June 15th!
